Payback originally appeared as an ambitious, unofficial GTA-Competition for the current Amiga generation, now handheld gangsters are also allowed to play. The similarities to the rock star epic are striking, technically daring Payback but a lot more: It’s not just plain retro 2D, but you scurry through a real, three-dimensional polygon city.
Although you have to live with a relatively low frame rate and various clipping errors, it still looks impressive and plays great – a real insider tip!
