The company Gartenfrisch Jung is recalling two ready-made salads that could contain harmful substances. They were sold in several “Aldi Nord” and “Aldi Süd” branches.
In tests on the products “Snack Time Salad Cup Cheese & Ham 300g” and “Snack Time Salad Menu Quinoa Salad with Goat Cream Cheese 350g”, Listeria germs were found in a sample of ham strips, the company, based in Jagsthausen in Baden-Württemberg, said on Wednesday evening with The bacteria can therefore trigger flu-like symptoms. Goods with a use-by date up to and including February 8th, 2023 are affected.
