In this sci-fi thriller Interference: Dead Air from Fear of Corn and V Publishing, what begins as a quiet night of watching cameras, searching for words, and cooking noodles in the microwave quickly turns into chaos.
In the middle of nowhere in a quiet southwestern town lies the mysterious Barclay Institute. A research center for… well, no one knows for sure. What starts out as an ordinary night at a low-paid night security job quickly goes awry when the facility is taken over by enemies. Armed with only a two-way radio, a facility map, and an archaic computer, players must decide whether they want to help the scientists inside escape, including their best friend, or ignore the cries for help and insert another movie into the VCR.
Juggling radio communications, tracking movement, and redistributing power when and where needed will be the key to getting everyone out safely. If you choose to turn off the radio and sit back, you can close the blinds and ignore the explosions in the distance.
Whether you choose to save everyone or goof off, Interference’s branching narrative is designed to give you a new experience with every playthrough. Experiment, explore and discover many endings with dozens of variations by listening to a collection of 80s-inspired synth jams on your FM radio.
