Developer Innersloth has unveiled their 2023 update plans for Among Us, confirming that players can expect several new features this year as well, including an all-new map, an improved matchmaking system, and more.
The roadmap shared by the developers unfortunately does not give exact details of when the various content and changes they are working on will be released. “Coming Soon” includes interface and user experience updates to make Among Us easier and more intuitive to play. Changes include a more user-friendly invoice grouping system and an internal store that is easier to navigate.
Among the updates planned for the rest of 2023 is a new map, the fifth in a row. The developers did not dare to describe what theme it is based on, but promised that players will have to complete new tasks here and that several small surprises are hidden here.
Also on the way are improved matchmaking, a completely redesigned quick chat, new transmedia collaboration events, and, if time and opportunity, other new features.
