Reports of connection problems by users to some of the main online services are multiplying. TIM seems to be the most affected network provider and the one for which the greatest number of reports arrives. Similarly, Vodafone and Wind users also seem to have problems with their mobile data connection. Some services such as PlayStation Network and Steam are also unavailable.
The first problems were recorded today, Sunday 5 February 2023, with a peak just before lunchtime, around 11.30. The Down Detector portal, now considered reliable when dealing with this type of situation, collects the largest number of reports.
At the moment it is not clear what the nature of this widespread and transversal problem is with respect to web providers and services. In recent days, you will remember, the users of Libero Mail suffered the most, unable to access their accounts for several days.
