The next PSVR2 game has been confirmed: “Garden of the Sea” lets players cultivate a garden and cuddle animals. Since the title is completely non-violent, it is definitely suitable for younger players. A trailer provides insights into the launch title for PlayStation VR2.
Neat Corporation has announced on the PlayStation Blog that Garden of the Sea, an exploration-based farming title, is coming to PlayStation VR2 on February 22nd, 2023. It is also the launch day of the virtual reality headset.
Garden of the Sea gives players the opportunity to create their own gardens and craft a variety of items they can customize, including bamboo, wood, rocks, plant parts and more. Animals may also be stroked and fed with vegetables.
Design your house and go on a boat trip
In Garden of the Sea, players can customize their house with different furniture, items, and colors, and head to the pond to fish, make new friends, or just relax by themselves. It is also possible to go out on a boat and explore new countries and different types of environments.

Build gardens and craft everything you need to decorate them. Pet and feed the animal species with home-grown vegetables and cuddle their babies. Expand and decorate your home by crafting items, furniture, and paint. Go to the pond and fish. Ride a boat to discover new types of land and environment. Complete quests to uncover the hidden mystery of each island.
The creators point out that there is no violence in “Garden of the Sea”, so that the offspring can also take a trip into the virtual world. Sony writes in the PSVR2 FAQ However: “The PSVR2 headset is not suitable for children under the age of 12.”
Garden of the Sea has been available for PC VR systems since early 2022 available on Steam and has so far been rated “very positively”. The price is just over 20 euros.
