But far from being satisfied with all this, some fans saw things big and went to ask an artificial intelligence to imagine new adventures in the Dragon Ball universe.
An AI that is surprising to say the least
It is the French site DB-Z.com which lent itself to the exercise by asking the most common artificial intelligence of the moment, Chat GPT, to imagine new scenarios in the universe created by Akira Toriyama. In total, eight questions have been thought about artificial intelligence, the answers to which you can find in the article available on DB-Z.com. First, the author asks the AI to imagine the scenario of the next Dragon Ball movie, then to imagine new episodes for the different series like Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT or Dragon Ball Great. In a second step, he asks him to invent new transformations for Goku and Vegeta and that’s where things get interesting.
Initially, the AI imagines that Son Goku could have a new transformation named Phoenix. This would allow him to access a new stage of power by drawing inspiration from the legendary animal. After Ultra Instinct, GPT Chat imagines Goku would access Heart Fusion, a fusion technique yet different from the Potala and Metamol. This requires a perfect understanding of his partner to take advantage of his strengths and weaknesses. For Vegeta, it’s the same as Goku, because after the Ultra Ego, the AI imagines that the prince of the Saiyans would also reach the stage of Super Saiyan Phoenix. On the other hand, as for the script of the film, the AI seems to have been greatly inspired by something already existing. By evoking the story of a dimensional war with evil forces that sought to impose their domination, it recalls the beginnings of Dragon Ball Kakumei, a fan-manga set after the events of the Dragon Ball Super anime. In any case, these are interesting leads, but it still seems that with the end of the Granola arc in manga, Dragon Ball Super seems to be heading in another direction.
