Aroged: Beta testing of the domestic Android app store RuStore is completed

The support team of the official Russian app store for Android announced its exit from the beta testing stage, and also opened access to the console for foreign developers.

“We are developing RuStore as a convenient and useful tool for users, and as a platform for developers’ business development. At the current stage, all the necessary functionality has already been implemented: users can install and update the necessary applications, evaluate them and make purchases. Publishers, including foreign ones, to place applications and make a profit. In the near future, we also plan to update the design of the store and make it even more convenient,” says Ivan Myzdrikov, VK vice president for the development of mail services and the RuStore app store.

To date, the following software “chips” have already been implemented in the application store: simple authorization by phone number, via VK ID, Sber ID, Yandex ID; fast download and installation of applications and updates; editorial selections with relevant content, adaptive search and the ability to leave reviews and ratings – this way you can quickly find and choose the best services.

According to official data, about 5,000 applications have already been published in RuStore, including the most downloaded services. They can make in-app purchases, pay for subscriptions and paid applications in any convenient way – with a bank card, via SBP and from a mobile phone account.

As for potential foreign developers, they really got access to the localized console, because the interface was translated into English. RuStore promises to provide such customers with a constantly growing audience and traffic, guarantees full functionality, opportunities for monetization and promotion. Residents of other countries will also have the opportunity to receive payments, information about purchases, their quantity and cost. There are already 3500 registered publishers on the platform, half of which are indie developers.
