New trailer for Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies, the Paramount+ spin-off series
The plot of Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies takes place four years before the hit musical by John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John and its plot follows Jane, Nancy, Olivia and Cynthia, a group of young women who refused to behave as they were supposed to at a time when diversity and feminism were barely discussed in the mainstream media.
High school dynamics are at stake when jocks and popular girls harass the outcasts. It is through this feeling of not fitting in that Jane comes up with the idea of creating a group for misfits and thus the Pink Ladies are born..
Strutting out in style in new jackets and a group promise, the girls quickly take over the halls of Rydell High and change the course of school history forever.
