Cypriot football club “Omonia” officially announced the change of coach.
Yannick Ferrero, who has been in charge of the team since 2022, has been sacked due to poor results and an unacceptable dressing room atmosphere.
Omonia has already appointed a new head coach. They became Sophronis Augustiwho was previously the mentor of “Apollo”.
Now “Omonia” is 6th in the league table of Cyprus, having 35 points after 22 rounds.
It is worth noting that Ukrainians Roman Bezus and Artem Besedin play for the Cypriot club.
