OnePlus has begun to explore new categories of devices for itself. She announced the OnePlus Pad tablet and the OnePlus Keyboard 81 Pro mechanical keyboard.
The new OnePlus Pad features an 11.6-inch 2000p LCD display with an atypical 7:5 aspect ratio. The display supports 144Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision technology, while the speaker system provides support for Dolby Atmos. The novelty supports the use of the stylus. The device contains a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor and up to 12 GB of RAM.
The battery has a capacity of 9510 mAh and provides up to 14.5 hours of battery life in video playback mode. With support for 67W fast charging, you can fully charge the battery in 80 minutes. There is a large camera on the back panel, reminiscent of the OnePlus 11 smartphone module, but its characteristics are not reported. The company says the tablet is designed to seamlessly connect to OnePlus smartphones, such as for data transfer, to eliminate the need for a second SIM card.

The OnePlus Pad will be available for pre-order in April. Its price has not yet been specified. Additionally, you can buy the OnePlus Stylo stylus and the Magnetic Keyboard.
The OnePlus Keyboard 81 Pro partnered with mechanical keyboard maker Keychron to design the OnePlus Keyboard 81 Pro. The novelty is strikingly similar to the Keychron Q1 Pro model. The device uses a 75 percent laptop-style layout with hot-swappable switches. A small programmable rotary switch is available in the upper right corner.
There are some differences from the colleague. The OnePlus Keyboard 81 Pro includes a set of OnePlus branded gray and red keycaps, and its rotary switch is transparent. There is a stand on the top edge of the keyboard that allows you to adjust the height. The device has a switch between USB and Bluetooth modes, RGB backlight.
OnePlus does not elaborate on the battery life of the keyboard. But it contains the same battery as the Keychron Q1 Pro. So you can expect up to 300 hours of operation with the backlight off and up to 100 hours with the backlight on.
The keyboard is available with two types of switches: Winter Bonfire tactile switches and Summer Breeze linear switches. The company claims they are original designs. The keycaps are double, with an OEM profile. The Winter Bonfire version has caps made of durable PBT plastic, while the Summer Breeze uses caps made from a “brand new material” called Marble-mallow.
