On Thursday, February 9, the qualifying match of the European Championship 2023 will take place, in which the national teams of Ukraine and Finland will meet. The match will be held in Riga and will start at 19:00 Kyiv time.
The winners of ten groups, as well as the four best teams among the runners-up, will advance to the European Championship. The national team of Ukraine currently ranks third in group B, and in order to qualify for EuroBasket, the Blue-Yellows need to win the remaining two matches (Ukrainians will also play with Lithuania). At the same time, the tournament layouts will largely depend on the Lithuania-France match.
