President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky reported that he had meetings with United24 platform ambassadors, tennis player Elina Svitolina and director Michel Hazanavicius:
“Today I met with the ambassadors of our charity platform UNITED24 – our athlete Elina Svitolina and French director Michel Hazanavicius.
Michel has joined the ambassadors and will be helping us rebuild. This is our first voice for UNITED24 in France and I believe this voice will be strong.
I was glad to hear that our state charity platform has already been able to accumulate almost $300 million from ordinary people and companies in more than a hundred countries around the world.”
Svitolina, who is the ambassador of the United24 platform, visited maternity hospital No. 6 in Kyiv, where a generator was delivered last week, bought with funds raised by the Elina Svitolina Foundation at a charity dinner in Monaco.
Also, Svitolina, together with the French director Michel Khazanavicius, visited the Church of the Apostle Andrew the First-Called in Bucha, the House of Culture in Irpin destroyed by Russian shells, the Champion Stadium and near houses from the Restoration of Ukraine program.
