Only information about the likely imminent release of a compact inexpensive drone DJI Mini 2 SE managed to appear on the Web, as DJI officially introduced the new product. Like all members of the Mini series, the new Mini 2 SE quadcopter is ultra-portable and weighs less than 249g, so it is not subject to mandatory drone registration rules in many regions of the world. And according to the characteristics, the novelty practically copies the DJI Mini 2.

The Mini 2 SE is the latest addition to the Mini series. The model is easy to use according to various user-defined scenarios. The drone supports the transmission of a high-definition video stream at a distance of up to 10 km. The maximum flight time without recharging, as expected, is 31 minutes. The novelty differs from the Mini 2 model mainly in the inability to shoot in 4K.
In addition to smart functions that are directly responsible for the flight, special shooting modes are also supported, including QuickShots and Panorama. An advanced 3-axis gimbal provides mechanical stabilization for the camera. The camera module supports 4x digital zoom with a high-quality transition between shots with different zoom levels.
Key characteristics of the model:
DJI O2 Transmission technology allows you to transmit video without interference at a distance of up to 10 km; 3-axis camera gimbal and 1/2.3-inch CMOS sensor provide 12-megapixel photos and videos with a resolution of 2.7K; flight time without recharging is up to 31 minutes; Intuitive flight controls provide one-button take-off and landing, stable hovering and automated return to the user; QuickShots and Panorama functions expand the possibilities of shooting high-quality materials; wind resistance corresponds to Level 5 — the drone is able to cope with wind speeds up to 10 m/s. Even in such weather, the device is still able to hang in the air and conduct high-quality shooting.
