Nintendo presented information about games for the switch for almost 45 minutes – above you can watch the direct episode for yourself or read the most important information compactly below:
The first game scenes of Pikmin 4 look like I shouldn’t really change much in the basic principle, but at least there are new Pikmin variants such as ice creatures and a dog helper for no longer Olimar – it will be released on November 21st. July. Pack 3 of the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Expansion Pass launches on 2/16. a new heroine, pack 4 later in the year a moron. Samba de Amigo: Party Central is bringing Sega’s rattle music game back this summer with 40 songs and all sorts of colorful bells and whistles. Fashion Dreamer by Marvelous will turn players into fashion designers sometime in 2023 – probably a clear case for the casual faction. Dead Cells gets a paid DLC about Castlevania on March 6th, including over 50 pieces of music The visual novel TRON: Identity by Bithell Games will be released in April first for the switch (and later other consoles) Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective makes the summer Leap from DS to Level-5 Switch Deca Police is a lively turn-based RPG coming sometime in 2023. Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon continues to look very different from the main series and will be out on March 17th. To everyone’s surprise, Splatoon 3 is getting an expansion pass for 24.99 euros with two waves of content – the first will be Inkopolis from part 1 in the spring with new weapons, outfits and so on. Wave 2 will be called “Call to Order”, looks idiosyncratic and will come sometime later. The slick 2D platformer Disney Illusion Island launches on July 28th. Fire Emblem Engage gets new characters in the 2nd and 3rd packs of the Expansion Pass that series fans will probably recognize, while pack 4 delivers a new story called “Demon World”. Package 2 is also available from today. Harmony: The Fall of Reverie is a new animated narrative-adventure game by Don’t Nod, coming first to Switch in June 2023. Octopath Traveler II will be released on February 24th. and now there is a Demo_Fassuing whose score can be adopted. The expanded We Love Katamari REROLL + Royal Reverie is coming to Switch on June 2nd, with a demo available for Switch Online users to play from February 20th to 26th. Sea of Stars will take a little longer (8/29), but a demo is available now. Omega Strikers is a free-to-play sports game that looks a bit like WindJammers for teams and will be released on April 27th. Etrian Odyssey HD includes the first three parts of the famous dungeon crawler series and various updates and will be released on June 1st, they will also be available for purchase individually. Advance Wars 1+2 Re-Boot Camp is still alive and should now be released on April 21st, if that doesn’t change again. Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe includes the new Magolor epilogue (once you’ve finished the story) – it’s out February 24th, with a demo available now. New for Nintendo Switch Online: Games from the original Game Boy and Game Boy Color are coming soon! To start with: Tetris, Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins, The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening DX, Gargoyle’s Quest, Game & Watch Gallery 3, Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare, Metroid II. Return of Samus, Wario Land 3 and Kirby’s Dream Land. GBA games are now also coming into the expansion pack: Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3, WarioWare, Inc: Minigame Mania, Kuru Kuru Kururin, Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. Where available, there is of course also multiplayer locally and online. Metroid Prime Remastered (but only part 1, not the whole trilogy” will be released for the Switch and will include contemporary dual-stick controls – available for download today, packaged on March 3. Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE continues to be idiosyncratic and stylish and coming June 30. Baten Kaitos I & II HD Remaster brings the two GameCube RPGs pimped up in one collection this summer Fantasy Life: The Girl Who Steals Time from Level-5 looks cute and is scheduled for 2023. And yet what of Level-5: Professor Layton and the World of Steam will be a new switch adventure of the mystery star – still without a date and hopefully much better than the offshoot with his niece Wave 4 of the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Pass will be back in spring with 8 tracks and one character Fast forward: Minecraft Legends (4/18), Blanc (2/14), Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection (4/14), Have a Nice Death (3/22), WBSC eBaseball: Power Pros (now ), Disney Dreamlight Valley ey (next update in April), Tales of Symphonia Remastered (17.2.), And to top it all off, we get a few new game scenes from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of a Kingdom (12.5.) – mostly surprisingly dark and with German Synchro (of course not from Link).
