In the UEFA Youth League, matches of the 1/16 finals took place. One representative of Ukraine, Lviv Rukh U-19, will continue its way in the tournament.
The Lviv team advanced to the 1/16 through the Way of League Winners in the status of Ukrainian U-19 Champions. On the way to the second round of the playoffs, they outplayed peers from Inter in a penalty shootout. Unfortunately, Shakhtar U-19 Donetsk lost to Hajduk U-19 at this stage.
The draw for the next round of the UEFA Youth League will take place on 13 February in Nyon, starting at 14:00 Kyiv time.
The draw will determine the pairs from the 1/8 finals to the decisive match, Rukh was among the unseeded clubs.
