Tron Identity is back to show off with a gameplay video during tonight’s Nintendo Direct, which also announced the game’s arrival on the Nintendo console and its estimated release date.
Tron Identity will arrive in April 2023 on Nintendo Switch and likely other platforms. This is a new game based on the famous 1982 movie and created by Bithell Games, the studio behind Thomas Was Alone and Volume.
Already announced at the Disney & Marvel Showcase last September, the game is a visual novel-style adventure starring Query, a detective tasked with solving a mystery.
This is an adventure with a strong narrative tone, where the player’s decisions will have an important impact on how the story unfolds.
TRON: Identity is a visual novel adventure where Query, an investigative program tasked with unraveling the mystery of what has been stolen and by whom. Set in a world built on unstable foundations and filled with arcane knowledge, you must interrogate suspects and explore your surroundings to piece together the truth.
