The brand will anticipate the opening of the event and on the 26th of February it will turn on the spotlight to launch the long-awaited Xiaomi 13 series globally.
But now leaker Snoopy Tech advances that the brand has one more surprise in store for users around the world. On the same day, Xiaomi will also launch the Lite model of this series globally.
In addition to providing this information about the global launch of this model, the well-known leaker also shows renders of each of the smartphones that will be presented at this year’s most important smartphone event.
Snoopy Tech says that the images released through the social network Twitter, are an integral part of the material for the press. So far, Xiaomi has not confirmed that the Lite model will also be presented at MWC 2023, but it is possible that this will happen, as the information is consistent with previous rumors that pointed to the launch of this model for the first quarter of 2023.
Expected specs and price of the Xiaomi 13 Lite
However, other rumors have advanced as the Xiaomi 13 Lite will be based on the Xiaomi CIVI 2, which remains an exclusive model for the Chinese market.
In this sense, the 13 Lite model is expected to arrive equipped with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor paired with up to 12 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256 GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
The Xiaomi 13 Lite will be powered by a 4,500 mAh battery with support for fast charging at 67 watts and will also integrate a 6.55-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
Meanwhile, also on the social network Twitter, another user revealed that the Xiaomi 13 Lite will be priced at 549 euros in at least “two European countries” not revealed. There are exactly 16 days left to confirm that Xiaomi will also launch the Lite model and all its features and price.
