At the very beginning of Hogwarts Legacy, the player chooses his own faculty: you can be divided into Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin. It can be assumed that fans of the Harry Potter books will actively choose Gryffindor, and Slytherin will be somewhere at the end of the list, but this is not so.
The developers have not published statistics on the popularity of houses with players, but there are achievements in Hogwarts Legacy that are tied to the player’s house. Achievements are issued at the same moment in the story, that is, you can guess which faculties are popular and which are not.
It turned out that Slytherin is the most popular among the players. Ravenclaw is in second place, and Hufflepuff is the most unpopular faculty. Now the distribution by faculties among players who have received achievements looks like this.

Slytherin: 34.9% of the players. Ravenclaw: 26.95% of the players. Gryffindor: 24.45% of the players. Hufflepuff: 13.7% of the players.
However, there is a possibility that fans of some faculties are simply in no hurry to move along the plot.
On Steam, only 48.2% of players got achievements (a similar picture on consoles) – perhaps the hard-working Hufflepuff fans are studying hard before moving forward, and the Gryffindors are having fun in Hogsmeade.
