The free-to-play RPG for mobile platforms will close the 15 maggio 2023just over a year after its release on April 27, 2022. Echoes of Mana was developed by WFS, the same team as the acclaimed Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space, another free-to-mobile RPG play with gacha elements exactly like this.
“Since the launch of Echoes of Mana on April 27, 2022, we have been committed to providing an enjoyable gaming experience for all players every day,” Square Enix said in the announcement of the closure. “However, we have come to the conclusion that it would be too difficult to continue to maintain that gaming experience any longer, and have therefore decided to terminate service for the app.”
As usually happens in this case, before the definitive closure, the sale of objects and currencies through the will stop internal shop to the game, starting today, while the total closure will then take place on May 15, 2023, with events that will continue to go on until that date.
