Joker: Madness for Twothe sequel to the Oscar-winning film by Joker of 2019, it is already shooting with Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga as Joker and Harley Quinn in Arkham Asylum… in the form of a musical.
But there seems to be tension on the set of the expensive film (it will be twice as expensive as the original) because the extras are not allowed to go to the bathroom…or are afraid to ask.
This is how sources explain to TMZ, who speak of tension between the extras to whom they are not allowed to take toilet or water breaksand when they let them hear reproaches that make others prefer to “put up with it”.

Joker 2 extras can’t go to the bathroom without fear of being told off
TMZ testimonials lament work two hours straight without stoppingand “fear repercussions” if they ask superiors to use the bathroom during camera preparations (which can last between 20 minutes and an hour) because some I have not received reprimands and humiliations.
Specifically, a witness says that they did not let him go to the bathroom between takes until he convinced them that “it was an emergency” and when he returned from the bathroom and drank water, an assistant director reproached him that “why do you drink more water, so I can go to the bathroom later?”
Another assistant director was heard to say “I’ve never had to use the bathroom so much, what are they doing in there? Because they certainly aren’t using them.”
According to TMZ, there have been complaints to the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and the production is cooperating.
Joker 2 opens on October 4, 2024, as part of James Gunn’s new DC imprint Elseworlds, more interested in winning Oscars (and tons of box office money) than establishing a new cinematic universe.
