There has been speculation for months about the upcoming Xiaomi Mi Pad 6. This will be the latest generation of Android tablets from the Chinese technology that insists on not being officially presented.
However, more and more information is being released that gives us an accurate perception of what the Xiaomi Mi Pad 6 will offer. This time, we have a real image that reveals an important aspect of the design of this Android tablet.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 6 arrives with camera module inspired by the Xiaomi 12
The object of main attraction in the new image alluding to the Xiaomi Mi Pad 6 is the rear camera module. And we can easily see that the Chinese company followed the guidelines of the Xiaomi 12 for the development of this tablet.
Indeed, we see a rectangular module that houses three sensors with an arrangement that is also similar to Xiaomi smartphones. We have a large sensor at the top and two smaller lenses below it.
Unfortunately, the inscription at the bottom right of the module lacks clarity, not letting us know what the resolution of the Xiaomi Mi Pad 6’s main camera will be. That is, we still don’t have technical details of this parameter of the next Android tablet.
Still from the shared image we can see that the Xiaomi Mi Pad 6 will be built in metal. The color of the photographed unit is a silver quite common in the notebook market, but we can’t rule out the existence of other options once it hits stores.
As far as specifications are concerned, the Xiaomi Mi Pad 6 is expected to arrive with an 11-inch screen. This will have a resolution of 2880 x 1800 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz or 144 Hz, depending on the model.
Something that will also vary depending on the model is the processor. One will come powered by the Snapdragon 870, while its Pro sibling will likely sport the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.
Xiaomi has already confirmed its presence at the MWC 2023 event for the global presentation of the Xiaomi 13. We hope that the company takes advantage of this occasion to reveal its new tablet.
