Trilogy by Polish writer Michal GolkowskiSiberiaPunk” received a continuation in the gaming industry. We already know that a “paper” role-playing game was released based on her SibirPunk RPG. And now the studio Red Square Games announced a new project.
A team founded by people from Flying Wild Hog and Michal Golkowski himself, announced that SibirPunk becomes part of the wider universe SlavicPunk. And very soon, in the second quarter of 2023, in Steam the first of the games of the planned universe will be released: SlavicPunk: Oldtimer.
Players are waiting for the role of another hero of Golkovsky, private detective Janus with a difficult past and a bleak present. He tries to find the stolen data while fighting against street gangs, powerful corporations and his own demons.
The developers promise a deep combat system using a kind of spells: with their help, we will be able to control various mechanisms. In the process, the hero will be able to resort to stealth, hacking and solving puzzles related to the environment. And also make not very obvious moral decisions.
As for SibirPunk RPG, its creators are going to release an English version of the board game – initially it was released only in Polish. And they will try to raise funds for a new circulation with the help of crowdfunding.
