Just last week, the stripper film Magic Mike’s Last Dance was able to secure the top spot in the US cinema charts. But this success was only for a short time. Unsurprisingly, the new MCU blockbuster Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania took the chart throne. He flushed on the opening weekend approximately $104 million into the coffers, which is significantly more than all of the competition combined. Magic Mike’s Last Dance even slipped to third place at one point, beating Avatar: The Way of Water.

New films coming
During this week some interesting films celebrate their premiere in the cinemas, which have what it takes to break into the top 10 of the US charts as well.
