AVM will already equip new Fritz!Boxes with Wi-Fi 7, Zigbee and Matter

In the run-up to the Mobile World Congress that will take place next week, AVM has announced three new routers. The Fritz!Box 5690 Pro and 5690 XGS offer support for Wi-Fi 7, while the specification is not even final yet. The Pro has support for 6GHz and has support for DSL and fiber, thanks to a built-in cable modem in addition to an SFP slot for optical modules.
