Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku commented on the minimal victory over the Portuguese Porto (1:0) in the first leg of the 1/8 finals of the Champions League.
“It was important to win. And we really wanted to score the second goal. I had to endure several difficult months. I am glad that I am back in the ranks and can help the team achieve our common goals. I’m not a sole proprietor – I want to try for the sake of Inter. I am very happy with this victory. We want to continue like this,” Lukaku said.
The return match will take place on March 14 in Portugal. Beginning at 22:00 Kyiv time.
