The reason for so much secrecy is precisely because Marvel did not want to reveal that frog would appear in the movie until Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania had been released in theaters. MODOK first appeared in the Marvel comics in Tales of Suspense # 93-94from 1967, and was created by Stan Lee y Jack Kirby.
