21-year-old Ukrainian defender of Syrian origin Alan Aussi, who plays on loan for the Armenian Pyunik, spoke about whether he was invited to the youth team of Ukraine.
– You played several matches for the youth teams of Ukraine, but did not make your debut in the youth team. Is the coaching staff watching you? Have you contacted Ruslan Rotan or his assistants?
– I heard that I was supposed to go to the youth camp, but in the end I didn’t go. Then, after a while, they told me not to expect a call.
– You said earlier that the Syrian national team actively invited you to their place. Has this story been developed?
“They still invite me, but I refuse,” Aussi said.
