Lead designer The Simpsons: Hit & Run Joe McGinn admitted that he would like to see a remake of his 2003 project.
Rumors of a remaster or remake of the game have been circulating online for some time, partly prompting the release of the adventure’s soundtrack on music services earlier this year. However, there have been no official statements about this yet.
In the past, a fan of the original under the nickname reubs was already working on an unofficial remake, but had to drop the project due to rights issues. Even the praise of the same McGinn, who positively assessed the efforts of the author, did not help.
