The $550 million raised by Star Citizen is the perfect introduction to the new video diary shared by Cloud Imperium to show the work it is doing to realize the creative vision of Chris Roberts.
The new video fed to us by the digital forges of Cloud Imperium takes us into the subsoil of a distant world to make us walk through the corridors of a gigantic underground base which, according to the developers, will be the backdrop for many activities.
The underground structure shown in the video, in fact, seems to be really huge, both in width and in ‘height’: the levels that compose it alternate recreational areas with “command zones” where you can get assignments and interact with other space explorers. According to the guys from Cloud Imperium, regardless of the hours spent inside these structures there will always be something to discover.
The works on the underground alien bases, however, are not yet completed and will follow the path traced by the team led by Chris Roberts to constantly extend and enrich the playful, narrative and content offer of Star Citizen, a title that seems to look forward to the launch of the 1.0 with the same ‘detached curiosity’ of a young star watching in amusement the chaos of protoplanets colliding and being ejected from his system.
