Of this amount, 947 billion came from oil and gas revenues, which fell by 46% due to lower prices for Urals crude oil, and 2.217 trillion from non-oil and gas revenues, which decreased by 9% due to a reduction in income tax revenue.
Federal budget expenditures for the same period amounted to 5.744 trillion rubles, which is 52% higher than in January-February last year.
