Already, specialists from Salesforce have released the Einstein GPT bot, created on the basis of OpenAI technologies. The AI assistant can analyze requests that come into the customer service, as well as compose response templates based on data from corporate databases. After receiving such a ready-made template, the specialist only needs to send a message, having previously made the necessary adjustments.
Einstein’s assistant can also compose letters, change letters on the fly (for example, from conversational to more businesslike), analyze assigned economic indicators, and even analyze entire pieces of code.
