During the Nacon Connect event, publisher Nacon revealed a gameplay trailer for the upcoming game RoboCop: Rogue City. Players take on the role of a cyborg cop in this first-person shooter to fight crime in Detroit.
The trailer shows footage of patrolling a city where crime thrives. RoboCop goes on the trail of drug dealers, conducts a small investigation in the arcade, looks for clues, communicates with people, and in the last scene he fights with a gang of criminals. In the arsenal of the law enforcement officer there is an Auto 9 pistol, a submachine gun and a powerful hook with a steel fist.
In RoboCop: Rogue City, not all gameplay is about violence. RoboCop will also have to deal with minor offenses, such as issuing tickets for improper parking.
The main character in RoboCop: Rogue City is voiced by Peter Weller, who played the role of Alex Murphy (RoboCop) in the 1987 and 1990 RoboCop films. Now the actor is already 75 years old, so his voice may sound a little different.
RoboCop: Rogue City will release this September on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. Previously, there were also plans to release a version for the Nintendo Switch, but this time there was no mention of it.
