Midfielder Manchester United Casemiro received a direct red card in the first half of the match of the 27th round of the Premier League against Southampton.
The 31-year-old Brazilian was sent off for a tough tackle against Carlos Alcaraz. It is curious that at first Anthony Taylor showed Casemiro yellow, but after watching the episode at the monitor, he changed his decision to a tougher one.
It is worth noting that for Casemiro this is the second red card for Manchester United in the last three matches played, both direct. At Real Madrid, he had the same number of deletions in 336 games played.
🚨Casemiro will now serve a FOUR MATCH BAN for this challenge 👀
