As you well remember, a lot of information about Unreal Tournament 3 X, an updated version of the old arena shooter from the makers of Fortnite, was published a few months ago. However, after a while it may seem that there is no trace left of the game.
For those who don’t understand what I’m talking about, Unreal Tournament 3 X is nothing but a re-release of the third chapter of the cult Epic Games series that was supposed to appear on Steam, the Epic Games Store and GOG with great support for cross-platform play. Although the game has been seen right in the Valve client, in all this time it has not yet been the subject of an official announcement and it is unclear when the intention to release it to the market will appear. What makes it all the more strange is the fact that the description of the game on Steam, released back in 2007, has not changed one iota even after the news spread on social networks and sites around the world.
However, despite the lack of news, it seems that the Epic State of Unreal presentation will take place on the stage of the Game Developers Conference (GDC) 2023 in the coming days. Perhaps there will be some news there.
