Microsoft has decided to add the Copilot (co-pilot) AI assistant to many of its applications to help organize workflows. The Redmondians themselves call this event a logical step towards automation based on OpenAI technologies using the Azure OpenAI Service cloud service.

After the implementation of Copilot, the Outlook “mailer” will be able to quickly parse incoming mail, suggesting answers and merging entire threads of letters. And Teams will be able to transcribe the conversation in real time and suggest actions in the context of the conversation.
In parallel with the announcement of Copilot for Microsoft 365, Microsoft also introduced Business Chat, a service for sharing with all data and applications. It allows you to summarize all the information from documents, chats and letters about the situation with a particular client.
