While the most enterprising Guardians try their hand at the new Raid The Root of Nightmares of Destiny 2: The Eclipse, the Bungie team finds itself having to deal with a decidedly unpleasant phenomenon.
On the evening of Thursday 16 March, the software house made a rich live broadcast dedicated to the latest expansion of its sci-fi shooter available on its YouTube channel. Shortly after publishing the content, however, Bungie decided to close the comments section. The reason for this choice has to do with the toxic attitude adopted by the users, who have poured their frustration on the developers through insults and threats.
A circumstance that the PlayStation Studios team has decided it no longer wants to tolerate and is determined to counter, even with radical measures such as, precisely, the closure of an entire comment section. At the time of writing, therefore, it is not possible to comment on the last one Developer Insights organized by the software house and aimed at presenting the raid The Root of Nightmares of Destiny 2: The Eclipse.
The decision taken by Bungie was also confirmed by Josh DeaneFranchise Director for the Destiny series, who published a Tweet dedicated to the story, which you can view at the bottom of this news.
