Poco recently introduced the X5 series in India and is now gearing up to launch the highly anticipated Poco F5 smartphone in the same market. The Xiaomi sub-brand has yet to make any official announcement, however, the report claims that the Poco F5 will debut in the first week of April.
91 Mobiles, citing unidentified sources, claims that the Poco F5 will be unveiled in India on April 6th. In the near future we expect the first teasers and official promo materials. Poco F5 price should be slightly higher than F4. The latter debuted in India at a price of $340.
Reports claim that Poco F5 5G will be redesigned by Redmi Note 12 Turbo, which will soon debut in China with Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset. According to leaks, the Poco smartphone will feature a 6.67-inch QHD+ AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 1400 nits of brightness, HDR10+ support, and 1920Hz PWM eclipse.
It will have up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. MIUI 14 on Android OS 13. The phone can get a triple camera system on the back, consisting of a 50MP main camera and an 8MP and 2MP secondary camera. On the front, a 16-megapixel camera is expected for selfies and video calls.
5500mAh battery with support for 67W wired and 30W wireless charging. So we are waiting for the first promo materials that will reveal the final design, which is still unknown.
