On Saturday, March 18, the FA Cup quarter-final match between Manchester City and Burnley took place. The game ended with the score 6:0 in favor of the “citizens”.
The first three goals in the home team were scored by Norwegian star forward Erling Haaland. In Man City’s previous match against RB Leipzig in the Champions League, he scored a penta-trick against the German team.
Burnley head coach Vincent Kompany made an unsuccessful return to the Etihad, devastatingly losing to his former club, to which he devoted 11 years of his career.
