Returning from the Elden Ring-style role-playing universe of Abyss World, we dive into the horrorpunk atmospheres of Morbid The Lords of Ire thanks to the new gameplay video created by the developers of Still Running.
The sequel to the Lovecraftian soulslike Morbid The Seven Acolytes will inspire players to make their way through the deformed monsters and cursed knights of a fantasy kingdom devastated by a calamity. The transition from an isometric shot to a third person view will give Still Running the opportunity to experiment with new playful solutions and, with them, greater creative freedom.
The new approach adopted by the indie software house will materialize in an experience even more full of challenges to face, with all the consequences that we can easily imagine in terms of upgrades to acquire, equipment to unlock and skills to evolve.
During the adventure we will have to explore five worlds in dark shadeseach governed by a powerful boss who will look forward to facing our alter-ego, but not before allowing the latter to acquire the necessary strength to give life to an epic battle.
The launch of Morbid The Lords of Ire is expected later in 2023 on PC. At the bottom and at the top of the news you will find the in-game images and the gameplay video published by Still Running and by the publishers of Merge Games.
