Most of the lines shown sound pretty natural.
Modder FearTcb provided the protagonist of The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim with voice acting in the style of Ciri from The Witcher 3. There was no need to involve the original actress: this is neuro-Ciri, all lines are voiced by a neural network.
Artificial intelligence generated lines from the original subtitles, so the pronunciation of some specific words may sound rather strange. But with phrases consisting of ordinary vocabulary, AI coped quite well.
In most cases, the players write, the replicas of neuro-Ciri sound quite natural. Sometimes artificiality slips through the pronunciation, but it’s still better than nothing.
To add neural network voice acting to Skyrim, you first need to install the Dragonborn Voice Over mod, a kind of framework that allows you to add voice acting to the Dragonborn. Ciri’s voiceover can be downloaded here.
Please note that you only need the Ciri Witcher DBVO Pack for normal operation. All other files are optional, they add voice acting to a variety of fan content.
Unfortunately, neuro-Ciri only speaks English so far.
