Capcom has prepared a set of DLC for the remake of Resident Evil 4, tells episodic insider of DuskGolem. Free updates will include Mercenaries mode and PlayStation VR2 support, but a paid addon is also planned.
As a paid addition, the developers will release a remake of Separate Ways about Ada Wong, an add-on to Resident Evil 4 dedicated to the adventures of Ada Wong. According to an insider, the release of the add-on may take place before the end of 2023.
According to DuskGolem, the Separate Ways remake will be bigger than the original addon. The duration of the add-on will grow, there will be more content.
It is noteworthy that earlier DuskGolem voiced a different version: in February, an insider claimed that a remake of the Separate Ways add-on is planned to be added to the release version of Resident Evil 4. Perhaps the position of the developers has changed.
Capcom itself has so far only announced Mercenaries mode and PlayStation VR2 support for the Resident Evil 4 remake.
Resident Evil 4 will release on March 24, 2023.
