The botched debut of Dwayne “The Rock” as an antihero with superpowers finally gave the impetus not to continue the DCEU in its current form beyond the cinema films already in production.
As in sports, when a team’s failure is blamed on the coach, the director often has to take the blame when the box office flops. The Swedish filmmaker has now spoken out David F. Sandberg (Lights Out, Annabelle 2) on Reddit as he appears to have been tagged in countless posts on social media promoting the failure of Shazam! Fury of the Gods have on topic.
