Here is a map of the most searched brands in each country of the world. The least we can say is that it says a lot about the domination of certain large groups, particularly on the tech side.

What could be better than a little card to spice up your weekend a little?. If you are a business and want to stand out, it is essential to control your presence on the Internet. Existing and being seen by users is (almost) priceless, and Google can easily decide your fate. On the other hand, no worries for the companies we are going to talk about today.
The Business Financing site was responsible for gathering the information to create a very interesting card. As they already did the previous year, here we see the top brands in Google search results for 2022.
Attention : here, we are not talking about the brands with the highest turnover per country, or having the most employees, the most market share… no no no. Only Google searches are taken into account, and only the first mark of this ranking for each country appears on this magnificent map. Moreover, these are not the top Google searches globally, but only those relating to brands.
Amazon, Netflix, tech dominates the debates

What can be noted here directly is the extreme domination of a tiny number of societies throughout the world. Apart from a few exceptions, we end up with Amazon, Netflix and Ikea across the globe. The ranking of brands with the most first times is as follows:

Three exclusively digital sales sites in the top 5 of the most searched brands on Google. No surprise you say. No originality either for France, with Amazon in first place. A few surprises should be noted, particularly on the side of Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, where the most sought-after company is… BMW, the German car brand. It is only in Africa that we find the Alibaba site at the top of several countries. Another astonishing result: Epic Games, the slaughterer of video games like Fortnite, finished first in Ukraine and North Macedonia.
If we had to draw a conclusion from this map, it is the ultra domination of a few large groups. Internet brings together almost the whole world, and globalization is only greatly helped.
