Filming for season two hasn’t started yet, but Druckmann has a teaser poster for you. Ellie’s actress also gave her estimate of when it could be broadcast.
Because of the success of the first “The Last of Us” season, at least one more will follow. Showrunner Neil Druckmann has now made it clear with a poster that the second season is already on the way.
Apparently Abby can be seen holding a hammer in her hand. In the game from 2020, she likes to use this “tool”. Her muscular forearm also gives her away. In the background is again a burning car, the flames of which contain the writing “The Last of Us”.
Druckmann writes at the end: “Endure and survive.”

Patience is the order of the day
Elsewhere Bella Ramsey answered when the second season could start: “It’s going to be a while. I think we’ll probably be shooting late this year or early next year. So it will probably be late 2024, early 2025.”
So viewers will probably have to wait at least a year and a half for the survival adventure to continue. So far we know that the next season “ander’s radical“ will fail. In addition, the makers go into more detail about the swarm consciousness. In season one, this interesting change was only roughly covered, which many viewers felt was a shame.
