Edition «News» spoke to the only authorized service center PlayStation in Russia. It became known that the repair of consoles is seriously delayed due to the lack of spare parts and other factors.
According to a representative of the service center, people can wait for repairs from two months – all because of the complicated logistics. In addition, there are several versions PlayStation 5in each of which Sony changes the layout of parts.
A separate problem is the marriage among the controllers DualSense. The problem with stick drift is often beyond repair, which means that the device needs to be replaced. Sony does not have time to produce enough controllers to cover the warranty.
