Electronic Arts Ends support for some of its games. As the company announced, on April 28, 2023, it will remove shooters from digital sales. Battlefield 1943, Battlefield: Bad Company and Battlefield: Bad Company 2and action adventure Mirror’s Edge.
The cessation of sales will be a preparation for shutting down the servers of the above games. It is scheduled for December 8, 2023.
After that, players will not be able to participate in online Battlefield modes and check Mirror’s Edge player statistics. But single player campaigns will still be available to anyone who has managed to buy the game. However, all these projects are not sold in Russia anyway.
The developers encourage all players of Battlefield: Bad Company, Battlefield 1943 and Mirror’s Edge to share their best memories of their time spent in games.
