Coinciding with the first day of filming, the debut behind-the-scenes photo of the new Ghostbusters movie has surfaced online. In the picture you can see Jason Reitman, who, after directing the previous part, limited himself to the role of producer and writer, and Gil Kenan, who will take a place behind the camera. You can also see the working title of the film in the photo.
The action of the new film “Ghostbusters” under the working title “Firehouse” will unfold in New York. And while the participation of other members of the iconic cast has not yet been confirmed, it is known that Ernie Hudson will reappear as Winston. McKenna Grace, who plays the role of Egon Spangler’s granddaughter, has also been confirmed to star in the production. Returning cast members are also expected to include Paul Rudd and Carrie Coon.
The release date for the sequel to Ghostbusters: Legacy is December 20, 2023.
