Who would have thought that both of them were working on their own game. They have teamed up with a British studio to work on a survival AAA game called Project Astrid.
Shroud is a former Counter-Strike: Global Offensive esports athlete before becoming a full-time streamer. Meanwhile, Sacriel is a content creator who often streams Escape from Tarkov and Rainbow Six Siege.

Shroud and Sacriel first announced Project Astrid on March 16. They collaborated with Splash Damage, a British studio, to make an open world survival game. Shroud also shared more details during a livestream on Twitch. Splash Damage also shared more complete information in the press release.
Project Astrid is predicted to be the dream game for Shroud and Sacriel. The game is a PC game that focuses on immersion. They rely on Unreal Engine 5 in the development of this game to present stunning graphics.
Shroud said Project Astrid had been in development for almost two years. Of course, the two streamers were already involved in the early stages of development
Splash Damage is also no stranger to the game world. The developer is known for various multiplayer FPS titles such as Enemy Territory and Brink. With that kind of experience, Splash Damage will likely make Project Astrid an online game.

Shroud and Sacriel are on the list of streamers making the game. They are another content creator who is directly involved in the development and publication of a game.

Not much is known about Project Astrid yet. At least, the game is being developed for PC, it is not impossible that the console version is also being developed. Shroud has confirmed that his game will not use NFT.
