To silence the notion that only multiplayer games can be successful in direct-to-face marketing for EA execs, this is exactly what Respawn accomplished with Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order a few years ago. That this game is handled with heart, whose story is even counted as official canon, managed to generate a little bit of confidence from gamers that EA can produce a quality Star Wars game. It is not surprising that there is strong anticipation for the sequel series – Survivor which will be available in the near future. A story trailer further confirms the hype.
Like the title he carries, this trailer itself offers quite a lot of new information and details that were not available in the previous trailers. The timeline itself will take 5 years after Fallen Order where the main character – Cal Kestis is now an experienced Jedi, both from using the Force and the skill of “playing” the lightsaber. You also finally get to see your old crew back in this Survivor, complete with looks that look wiser and older. You even have the chance to fight alongside them later.
